3A. Informational Content Pages
At this time, Sauti Yetu does not offer interactive features on any of the informational pages of this website (Home, About Us, Careers, Our Team, Our Services, Resources). Therefore, when you view or use these pages, we do not collect any identifiable information about you. If and when this website makes available commenting, login options, or upload options, or embeds content from other sites that may collect data, use cookies or embed tracking, this policy will be amended appropriately.
3B: Contact Us Page
This website’s Contact Us page offers a link through which you can request assistance with the NYC Care program. This link connects to a Google Form, where you will be asked to input your name and phone number. This Google Form lives within Sauti Yetu’s Google Workspace and is protected under Sauti Yetu’s client confidentiality policies. The information you submit will be accessible only to the appropriate Sauti Yetu staff and will only be used to follow up with you about your NYC Care request.
3C: Donate Page
This website offers an online donation option. If you choose to make an online donation, the information you provide will only be used for the express purposes stated and agreed to (i.e., to provide a charitable receipt). Sauti Yetu treats your personal information as strictly confidential and does not sell your information or use it for additional marketing purposes.

The Sauti Yetu website may provide links to external, third-party sites. Sauti Yetu is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these sites.
3E. Cookies
Sauti Yetu uses session cookies, or non-persistent cookies, to facilitate your experience. These cookies do not store personally-identifiable information, are deleted after you finish your session on this website, and are not stored on your device. 3F. Email Mailing List
Sauti Yetu maintains an email mailing list of community members and partners who have voluntarily provided their email address to us. You may have provided your email to us at an event, when making a donation or purchasing an event ticket, or by subscribing through this website. In all cases, you were informed about how we may use your email address to contact you in the future.
If you provide an email address to Sauti Yetu as a client receiving case management, counseling or other direct services, your email will never be added to our mailing list, unless you specifically request we do so.
Sauti Yetu uses our email mailing list to provide periodic newsletters, programmatic updates, event announcements and fundraising information. You may opt out of the email mailing list at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in each email or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribing will not impact any direct services you receive as a client of Sauti Yetu. If you provide your email to us again after unsubscribing, it will only be used for the purpose indicated (i.e., you register for an event and tickets/attendance confirmation are provided by email).
Sauti Yetu uses a trusted third-party provider to send email communications. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for any purpose beyond delivering our messages. Sauti Yetu does not sell or otherwise share information from our email mailing list.
Our email communications may include basic analytics, such as open and click rates, to help us improve our outreach. These analytics are not connected to your individual personal information.
